Here is what Susan, our longest standing client, has to say about us…
Before Urban Developers was born John worked for a company called Leading Edge properties, and did odd jobs here and there on the side. One of those first jobs was with Susan, John’s longest standing client. This job involved converting Susan’s old entrance hall into a study, and creating a new entrance at another part of her home. This was no small job, and many technical elements had to be considered. John and his partner at the time had to match different ceiling heights, blend the new wall into the existing house, and match two different floor heights. They did a good job and Susan has been using john ever since!
“John is my go-to guy. He is just professional, knows what he is doing, and what he says he is going to do he will do,” says Susan.
Of course, a lot has changed since John’s first project with Susan. John has since founded and registered his own company, The Urban Developers, and now employs a team of highly skilled contractors to work alongside him. However whilst a lot has changed, John’s attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction has remained steadfast. His long standing relationship with Susan is proof of this.
Since that first project many moons ago, John has done subsequent projects for Susan. These include modernizing her kitchen and fixing her fibrecrete wall. “I didn’t want to spend a lot of money doing a full kitchen remodel, so John helped me update the kitchen on a budget. We added some new cupboards and repainted it, so it looks like a fresh kitchen. I am thrilled with that,” says Susan.
“Another reason why I have used John again and again over the years, is that he has a really nice team of guys. They’re friendly and they feel like nice guys to have around your house – which is important when doing home renovations,” adds Susan, who has watched John grow his team and company over the years.
